Choose meals and servings. Check off ingredients you already have, then copy a ready-to-send request for ChatGPT.
1. Choose your meals
2. Choose your stores
3. Assign ingredients
Check “Already have” to exclude an ingredient. Matching units combine; different units stay separate to avoid inaccurate conversions. Milk totals include the reserved milk.
Remember your item-to-store choices for future trips. Meals always start empty.
4. Grocery rules
Use familiar products first, based on the selected store’s purchase history or favorites. For unfamiliar products, prioritize organic and ingredient quality and present up to five choices for approval. Check existing list quantities before adding, keep unrelated items, and do not check out.
Each visit starts with an empty Meal 1. Clear all selections resets meals, sides, servings, ingredient exclusions, store assignments and additional instructions. Saved assignments stay saved until you choose Forget saved assignments.5. Review & send
